Working with Transition and Change
If you are looking for a power yoga class that is really hard, but in a good way, do this one. Tracey takes you through a really fun flow that keeps you on your toes, mixed with deep stretches for the hip flexors (thighs), hamstrings, lower back and groin, along with poses with arm binds and lots of foot balances. You will love this class!

Tracey, just when I thought that your classes could not get more ahhhhhmazing - along comes this class!!!!! You included so many wonderful poses (some which I had not done before), so many beautiful words and the music is a lovely touch! Thank you so much for giving us such a wonderful class for transition and change!! I can truly feel the space within me!!!
