This class was a perfect way to stretch and challenge my body after coming home from a mellow jog. I felt amazing afterward. The verbal instructions are very helpful . I bookmarked this one and will definitely do it again!

Just getting back into regular exercise following a mild back injury and a cold, I found this to be the perfect class. A nice steady pace, clear instructions and just the right amount of challenge I wanted today. The instructions were great for reminding me exactly how to position myself during each pose to help me protect my back and achieve the best stretch possible. Will definitely do this class again.

What a wonderful class. Definitely challenging for a beginner, but with the pace and precise instructions, very doable. I was able to complete every pose without any modifications. Loved this class and have bookmarked as one of my favorites.
