This challenging, beginner yoga class is a wonderfully-balanced hatha flow that stretches and strengthens the whole body, through standing poses, seated stretches, reclining postures and core work. Rachel helps you understand alignment and core activation, emphasizing the proper way to do the poses to obtain the most benefit and to feel rejuvenated and relaxed as you take on your day or prepare to wind down into your evening.

Great hatha class- challenging but all mostly doable at my current level. Few poses quite challenging for me. Doing as part of YTT and appreciate the cueing, small corrections and learning from a gifted teacher.

Great whole-body practice, clear instructions, just the right amount of challenge! I appreciate the extra instruction and may go back to spend more time at this level before moving on again :o)

Really great with all the small corrections that a beginner would be struggling with, but still challenging enough. Thank you so much!
