Vinyasa Yoga: Focus On Twists
This is a more gentle vinyasa style yoga class with a focus on using your breath and core to get you into your seated, standing and lunging poses. It's intended to slow you down and allow you to give more attention to your poses, with an emphasis on twists.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 13 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

Perfect first yoga class of 2019! I've been out of my practice for the last 6 months or so, and this was the most amazing class to get back to my mat with! My mind and body feel incredible! Excellent, clear instruction, and new ways of looking at familiar poses. Loved it! Thank you, Melissa!!
This was a great class. Building in difficulty and with good instructions.
As a beginner intermediate I look for classes with a more relaxed pace, but with new challenges I can be given some guidance with and have a path to success.
