Vinyasa Yoga: Focus On Twists
This is a more gentle vinyasa style yoga class with a focus on using your breath and core to get you into your seated, standing and lunging poses. It's intended to slow you down and allow you to give more attention to your poses, with an emphasis on twists.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 13 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

A sweet practice to really get on your twists!
The guidance around twists was super helpful
This was a wonderful pace for a Sunday morning. I appreciate the options given to differing levels of experience or health. I like the locust position as opposed to cobra or up-dog. It does a better job of engaging abs. And I certainly need that. Thank you for a great class, well taught.
Twists are always so nice and this slower class really lets a person enjoy each one.
