Vinyasa Yoga: Focus On Twists
This is a more gentle vinyasa style yoga class with a focus on using your breath and core to get you into your seated, standing and lunging poses. It's intended to slow you down and allow you to give more attention to your poses, with an emphasis on twists.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 13 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

Nice gentle flow with lots of twists
Great twist work. The guidance is perfect as you work on finding your deep abdominals and practice your twists.
Twists always help my back out, so this class really helped.
