Vinyasa Yoga: Focus On Twists
This is a more gentle vinyasa style yoga class with a focus on using your breath and core to get you into your seated, standing and lunging poses. It's intended to slow you down and allow you to give more attention to your poses, with an emphasis on twists.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 13 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

Loved the variations and adaptations
Great way to start a Sunday!
I have never taken a class from Melissa. I enjoyed her instruction. The class seemed more of a beginner class than an intermediate class. The great thing about yoga is there is benefit from any type of class that you take.
