Love this practice. Another one of my "go to's" Melissa's voice is so soothing and relaxing. It really helps me get into the moment with the practice. Kudos to DYWM and all the teachers. They are amazing!!!

I find myself returning to this video (and "Bend and Stretch") over and over when I need a 30-minute workout that'll leave me feeling both stretched out and calm. Melissa is my favorite online fitness teacher.

I agree....I also go to Bend and Stretch and Twist and Stretch. I also like Melissa's Core Strengthening and Stretch.
Melissa is clear with instruction, so it's easy to follow.

I love this class. I tend to have problems in my shoulders and I find this class great for stretching out my back and shoulders.

The pratice is beauty full.
For me the music is too much, loud and dominant.. I wonder why you at the music?

I love this class for when I just want to stretch and i'm on the go and need something quick that stretches everything and Melissa has such a soothing voice I LOVE IT!!!!
