I am recovering from a recent stroke and stumbled across your whole site while researching yoga techniques that may be helpful for me. As I cannot yet stand or balance well, I am focusing on seated and upper body programs for now. This neck release class is wonderfully helpful, and has soothed many discomforts from my current immobility. I look forward to learning more...thank you so much! This has made me feel more in control of my recovery and even more hopeful of future progress. :)
