I love this session ! I am recovering from a broken collar bone and the muscles up my neck are so terribly tight the pain has been going into my jaw .... this is a great way to focus on stretching those and hopefully getting some pain relief over time, I will aim to do this daily combined with other sessions. thank you so much again !!!!
