Oh, thank goodness for this video. I carry a lot of my stress at the base of my skull, and it gives me terrible headaches. I'd tried many medications, and the stretches that my doctor had given me, but nothing really helped. Then I tried this video - it is the only thing that really takes the edge off.

Interesting that when I drop my head to my right in order to stretch the left side of my neck, the twinge (discomfort is too strong a word) that I feel is in the right. Any ideas why? My right side is what gives me the most discomfort and drives me to do this routine.
