Exactly what I needed today! Sometimes around ovulation, I find it difficult to accept that my body needs gentler movement and rest. I always want to keep my energy up, but that can end up doing my body/nervous system more harm than good. Ironically, this gentle ovulation class gave me more energy by allowing me to release some energy I didn't need to carry. I plan to explore the other videos around the monthly cycle, and would love to see more in the future!
