Power Yoga to Wake Up
This class is perfect if you're needing a wake-me-up after you get out of bed, in the middle of the day or to recharge after a day of work. Crista moves you through a vinyasa flow but begins with nauli kriya, a cleansing exercise that massages the abdomen and helps invigorate the body. You will move and stretch in this short power flow!
I enjoyed the plank and twist exercises. It was a good way to energize. Would like a longer class and for me some of the verbal "please" and speed of instruction was distracting.
Exactly what I needed: it hit all the right spots! An invigorating, but gentle class that I found great after a end of a long day by a desk.
I work a job that requires me to work doubles often, and this was a great way to re-energize in between shifts. I can also see this practice as a perfect way to start the day.
