Power Yoga to Wake Up
This class is perfect if you're needing a wake-me-up after you get out of bed, in the middle of the day or to recharge after a day of work. Crista moves you through a vinyasa flow but begins with nauli kriya, a cleansing exercise that massages the abdomen and helps invigorate the body. You will move and stretch in this short power flow!

Perfect for a quick get up and go. It did leave me feeling motivated to do something more. The belly movement at the beginning is a great thing to know to get things moving inside. Thanks for your cheerful disposition :)
