I just love this class - I have been doing it almost daily for the last month and although I have tried other morning classes on this site, I keep coming back to Ron's. It's just the right length for my morning before getting the toddler off to preschool and me and my spouse off to work. Ron's soothing voice and the slow pace is so grounding for the morning (as I'm not a 'morning person'). I really feel my chest and back more open after the stiffness of sleep. It's just a wonderful class! Ron, I hope you'll do some more like this of about this length time-wise. Thank you.

Excellent class! Perfect for those with limited spinal mobility and tight posterior chain muscles. I will be adding this to my favorites list for sure!
