Having practised yoga in my youth, I am returning to yoga at the tender age of 66. (Oh how I wish I had kept it up)!! I am not confident enough to attend classes at the moment so was delighted to have found this site. I have just tried this wake up session and while my knees are the weakest point to be able to achieve some of the seated postures, I have surprised myself. My balance needs work though!! Thank you for giving me the opportunity to start again in the comfort of my own home. I feel so much better after just one session.
