Thank you for this class. It is always good to have this for that time in my cycle. Especially this month as it's allowed me to continue with the 30 day challenge without a strenuous vinyasa which my body is in no mood for today :)

Thank you so much for this Sarah Jane. I have used this on the first day of my cycle of the last three or four months and it has made such a difference. I really seek to avoid medication as it is terrible on this stomach and this allows me to do so. What a gift.
