I am 350lbs. i have tried many different exercises, even out in public, i tried the beginners today and even thought i could not do all the moves exact at this time, i feel that in time i ll be fine.

I'll return to this whenever I'm feeling sluggish and part of me wants to do nothing requiring effort whatsoever and another part of me wants to maintain my practice even so. It's a well-rounded class, especially for the time--sometimes it seems that the days I need restorative classes the most I just can't manage a 45+ min. class. I appreciate fish pose towards the end, also; I'm always adding it in before savasana.
