This is great! Thank you for adding this class! I would love an hour long class with different levels of activity too! I love your teaching style!

Sarah Jane, I really appreciate your style <3 I was looking for sequences for my moon cycle and there's a lot of videos but if you know how yoga should be during the cycle, those would not apply. This was very good and include movement and nourishment, thanks a lot

I don’t want to sound over dramatic, but thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for adding this video. I’d just about given up on practicing while on my cycle and this was perfect!

Nice, however, I am not that flexible and found some poses difficult, especially during this time of the month. Perhaps an even gentler, more restorative style class could be added in the future please. Thank you. Great instructions for getting into fish pose?

I'll return to this whenever I'm feeling sluggish and part of me wants to do nothing requiring effort whatsoever and another part of me wants to maintain my practice even so. It's a well-rounded class, especially for the time--sometimes it seems that the days I need restorative classes the most I just can't manage a 45+ min. class. I appreciate fish pose towards the end, also; I'm always adding it in before savasana.

This was perfect for me for my time of my month. It was gentle and provided a good deep stretch. I feel lighter as she mentioned. Thanks so much!
