In this gentle moon time practice, Sarah Jane guides you through a series of nourishing postures to help bring relief and support to your body during that time of the month when you need it most. These restorative postures are designed to release tightness in the lower back, relieve achiness in the legs, and ease tension held in the pelvis and belly. So put on your coziest clothes, roll out your mat, and enjoy this soothing practice for your menstrual cycle. If you don't have a bolster, learn how to make a bolster at home.

Sarah Jane, I really appreciate your style <3 I was looking for sequences for my moon cycle and there's a lot of videos but if you know how yoga should be during the cycle, those would not apply. This was very good and include movement and nourishment, thanks a lot

Nice, however, I am not that flexible and found some poses difficult, especially during this time of the month. Perhaps an even gentler, more restorative style class could be added in the future please. Thank you. Great instructions for getting into fish pose?

I am 350lbs. i have tried many different exercises, even out in public, i tried the beginners today and even thought i could not do all the moves exact at this time, i feel that in time i ll be fine.

I'll return to this whenever I'm feeling sluggish and part of me wants to do nothing requiring effort whatsoever and another part of me wants to maintain my practice even so. It's a well-rounded class, especially for the time--sometimes it seems that the days I need restorative classes the most I just can't manage a 45+ min. class. I appreciate fish pose towards the end, also; I'm always adding it in before savasana.
