I concur. Thank you Sarah a beautiful class. Gentle and effective for acknowledging accepting and inviting in a restful flow. I did this on day two of my menstruation. I felt quite energetic but I am glad I did a slower paced class that was focused on nourishing my body, respecting that it is going through a lot of internal processes. It felt more welcoming. Namaste.

I always come back to this class every cycle! It feels so good to take the time to care for my physical body during this time, and allow myself to slow down and rest. More moontime yoga classes! It is such a special way to honor the body and its cycles.
