Class Description: 

If you want more flexibility around your pelvis, you couldn't find a better class. In 60 minutes you will improve the range of motion in your hips, groin, hip flexors, hamstrings and back. Rachel teaches yoga teachers for a living, which is evident in her style and clarity. She's an incredible instructor to watch, and learning from her is a unique experience.

I am only half way through my preview for this video. But, thank you so much for mixing together such wonderful videos and helping me ease into poses I am fearful of but poses for which I am more ready than I thought.

I don't normally make enough space in my days for full-length yoga practices such as this. I'm thankful for the 30 day challenge pushing me to make this long workout happen. Definitely seems about the same level (or even more advanced) than the "Advanced" classes I've done on this site. This was an amazing, intense class. I had a full body sheen of sweat by the end, and felt very stretched and good. Thank you Rachel!

Oh wow... this was a challenge! I am feeling sore today after a long day on the mountain yesterday and thought there was no way I could make it through. Somehow I made it (barely). Thanks for this... it was just what I needed today.

Reading he comments going into this class today I was worried it was going to be too challenging. I am so proud of myself that I was able to do everything except for the lifting feet off the ground while on hands. (Pig pose?) Yes!! Thank you for the great hip openers and for helping me build confidence in my practice!

Wow, this was a challenge! Maybe in my next lifetime! I am going to make myself feel better by putting this more into the expert category, Still, an excellent class. I just did what I could and feel good about it. As always, I'm in awe of the skill and strength of the DoYogaWithMe family!

Hi Judith Anne - yes, I gotta admit, this class is a bit of a doozy :) The big poses aren't so important - it's the hip opening on the way there that's really the good stuff. So glad that you tried it out!

I'm short, tight and 62 years old. I could do only about 75% of this class, but enjoyed watching the rest. Thanks, teacher.
