Heavenly Hips
If you want more flexibility around your pelvis, you couldn't find a better class. In 60 minutes you will improve the range of motion in your hips, groin, hip flexors, hamstrings and back. Rachel teaches yoga teachers for a living, which is evident in her style and clarity. She's an incredible instructor to watch, and learning from her is a unique experience.

Thanks Rachel! I loved the pace and buildup of this class. I agree with the last comment, though, that it is more advanced than Int 1, maybe Int 2 or 3, given the flying pigeon? It was great to have a longer outdoors ocean class with you!

A beautiful class, thank you Rachel and all at DoYogaWithMe for making. this possible. I would say that you might want to change equipment from none to blocks as we used them quite a bit. Namaste.
