I've had hip pain post-partum baby #3 and this was an amazing class. I loved the arm balances and need to revisit those to improve. I love your teaching style. Great flow. Thank you!!

I guess this is way beyond my current ability level. I got halfway thru and realized it was too difficult for me. But thanks anyway!

Oh it's true, there are some seriously tough poses in there! Thanks for giving it a shot :)

I loved this class so much. I kept seeing the thumbnail and thinking about giving it a shot and I'm glad I did today. It was liberating and challenging, and there are a couple poses I can't quite get fully into as of yet which is only inspiring more devout practice. What an amazing combination of stretches. Whew.

Glad that you gave it a try! It's amazing to get in the hips a few different ways, the arm balances can be really sneaky and yummy hip openers ;)

Great class!

This is my first time practicing at home and I was worried I wouldnt get as much of a sweat going but I SURE did. The arm balance was so hard in exactly the right way - very inspiring! I am recommitted to devoting some energy to strengthening my lower core. Loved it.
