If you want more flexibility around your pelvis, you couldn't find a better class. In 60 minutes you will improve the range of motion in your hips, groin, hip flexors, hamstrings and back. Rachel teaches yoga teachers for a living, which is evident in her style and clarity. She's an incredible instructor to watch, and learning from her is a unique experience.

Great flow, great challenging poses (I'm 25 and active)! Although I am Deaf and did not understand your instruction, your facial expressions make me feel calm and drawn to your instruction. Thank you for sharing! I feel a release of tension and at the same time, there's build-up that needs to be released. All those traumas and neglect to treating those traumas are being brought to surface... Will do it again several times!

Hi there! I'm so glad that you enjoyed the class. Yes- the hips can be very powerful emotionally and in releasing old holdings. Lots of breathing is good for moving energy. Have a beautiful day~

Better than physical therapy

An injury left me with (seems like) every tendon, ligament and muscle shortened. This class has resulted in more range of motion than physical therapy. Very well taught, clear directions; I was able to fully participate the first time (versus constantly looking up to see what the instructor means). Thank you!

Hello! I'm so glad that class felt good! It's amazing how the body is capable of changing...I had a chronic hamstring injury for years and it's begun to heal now that I'm moving in a different way. We really can change ourselves for the better. With the right stimulation and nourishment, our bodies want to heal! Thanks for connecting :)

I've had hip pain post-partum baby #3 and this was an amazing class. I loved the arm balances and need to revisit those to improve. I love your teaching style. Great flow. Thank you!!
