Hatha Yoga Therapy for the Lower Back
This is a hatha yoga flow class, that moves at a gentle pace and takes you through a series of exercises and poses that will help relieve pain and discomfort in your lower back, spine, hips and legs. Be careful if you currently experience lower back pain and make sure that you don't push yourself past your comfort zone in each of the yoga poses.

I did not have the strength to complete day 5 of the yoga challenge after my high impact aerobic class so I opted for this session with David. Wow! This is a great session to help open tight hip and back joints. Thank you!

i'm practising classes I've not done before and i'm so glad I clicked on David's class today. Like many other commenters, I've struggled with lower back tightness, not helped by sitting at a desk all day. This is just what I needed to help loosen the lower back, especially in the morning when everything is so much tighter. I feel taller already! thanks David for setting me up perfectly for the day.
