Hatha Yoga Therapy for the Lower Back
This is a hatha yoga flow class, that moves at a gentle pace and takes you through a series of exercises and poses that will help relieve pain and discomfort in your lower back, spine, hips and legs. Be careful if you currently experience lower back pain and make sure that you don't push yourself past your comfort zone in each of the yoga poses.

As a competitive runner, a lower back pain or injury can affect my entire regime; and I've unfortunately been nursing a pulled muscle for a few weeks now. This is the first practice I've done so far that actually relives the pain, rather than straining my back even more. Thank you so much, and namaste. x
I am in the process of learning to skate ski . My form and balance are not "there" yet so I'm unfortunately straining my lower back. I've done this class after skiing and it works wonders. Best apres ski ever - thank you, David!
Just wanted to add my voice to the chorus in saying thank you for a wonderful class that opened up my tight and painful lower back/tight hips. I'm very grateful for David's soothing teaching style and the wonderful classes he has designed to open up the hips and back.
