As a competitive runner, a lower back pain or injury can affect my entire regime; and I've unfortunately been nursing a pulled muscle for a few weeks now. This is the first practice I've done so far that actually relives the pain, rather than straining my back even more. Thank you so much, and namaste. x

I am in the process of learning to skate ski . My form and balance are not "there" yet so I'm unfortunately straining my lower back. I've done this class after skiing and it works wonders. Best apres ski ever - thank you, David!

I suffered really badly after my son was born and a chiropractor showed me where my pelvis had not moved back into place correctly. A couple of adjustments moved it back and then yoga renewed all the aching muscles. Win win.
