Thank you so much for this class, David!
I have been diagnosed with osteo-arthritis at the ripe old age of 35, and this class is helping relieve much of the tension and pain I have been experiencing. Thanks to classes like this one, I can manage the tension in my back without any medication. I love this site and am so happy to support it! Thank you! With gratitude.

I have been having sharp pains in my right hip bone for the past few days, and upon finding how expensive chiropractic care would be, I decided to go with some free yoga videos instead. I've been to a lot of yoga classes, but this one taught me a few new stretches that I will definitely be using again. You keep a good pace, not too fast and not too slow-- and the explanation is wonderful, so you don't really have to watch the screen much to know what you're supposed to do. Love that! Thanks!
