thank you so much! This class has been really helping me! I will be in a combat military position soon, and many women there are having issues with stress fractures on their hips. This has really helped me and I'm sure will continue to help me a lot in the future!

This is the second class of David's that I have done. I really enjoyed it. It not helped to relieve pain in your lower back but it is still a great stretch to increase your flexibility and decrease tension.
