I have been having issues with my SI joint and this class just about hit the spot. Except for the twist at 23:00 which produced a painful twinge in my SI joint. Does anyone have advice for some modifications of this twist?

Yes, the modification would be to simply not go into the twist far enough that you feel the twinge. If you do feel it, move out until it goes away and stay there.
