Hatha Yoga for the Hands, Arms and Shoulders
Releasing the muscles of the hands, arms and shoulders is so beneficial for everyone, without exception. In particular, this class is great if you want to help prevent or heal joint problems such as arthritis or carpal tunnel syndrome, improve performance at the office or in your chosen sport, improve posture or just feel better. As David says, the key is understanding alignment and moving in a way that encourages release and allows you to let go of stress.

I love these hand and feet stretches. Areas that do so much but never get the care they need. I sit at a computer most of the day so my wrists have really tightened up over the years and these are the only exercises that really help me have that not happen! Thanks, David!
