My jaw finally released, after days of tightness and headaches, by the end of this. Not sure how, but I’m grateful.

Great practice for learning to be mindful of positioning and great positioning cues! Since I have been having wrist issues I used wrist wraps for support. Thank you David :)

I enjoyed the pace of the class and David's cues. Great feeling of ease in the body afterward. I think it will be a good one for my beginning yoga partner who doesn't like vinyasa flow so much yet...

Today I was searching for a video that would fully engage my attention and quiet the racing thoughts of my mind. Typically I choose a faster paced vinyasa practice. Lately I've found this does little more than distract my mind momentarily. Today I chose this slower practice and now I feel fantastic. I must remind myself to do this more often. Thank you David for all you offer with this site and by sharing your practice.
