I’ve been doing yoga with David often on for probably 10 years. I’ve gotten away from it and now I’m back again and I’m now 67 years old and have some arthritis in my hands. I felt the standing poses were a bit tough for my palms. I still think he’s the best and I would recommend his classes to anyone. I’ll just be more careful when I pick the next one and look for seated classes from him Namaste.

I have practiced yoga for many years but found myself feeling pinching between my shoulders during down dog in recent years and began to eliminate it from my practice. I keep coming back to this class as you slowly and specifically review the basics of down dog especially applying pressure in all knuckles and squeezing the elbows together. This reminder has released that pinching. Thank you for this class.
