Hatha Yoga for the Hands, Arms and Shoulders
Releasing the muscles of the hands, arms and shoulders is so beneficial for everyone, without exception. In particular, this class is great if you want to help prevent or heal joint problems such as arthritis or carpal tunnel syndrome, improve performance at the office or in your chosen sport, improve posture or just feel better. As David says, the key is understanding alignment and moving in a way that encourages release and allows you to let go of stress.

Everyone should be able to find some benefit from this practice in my opinion. While previewing the video, I started doing the stretches with David so I’ve done them twice in the past two days. I’m bookmarking this video and will definitely return to it in the future. Thanks for offering such a variety of videos in this 30-day Challenge.
