If you work at a desk or with your hands in any capacity - such as a musician or carpenter - it's important to keep your hands and wrists limber to maintain optimal health. This class is great for improving flexibility, range of motion and blood flow in the hands and wrists. It's a good way to help prevent or work with arthritis and carpal tunnel syndrome and it's a fantastic way to remove the tension and stress from an area that is so often over-worked.

If you have arthritis in your hands, there is a fine line between this video being helpful and aggravating. I recommend stretching very gently until you know what your affected joints can handle.
Oh my goodness this was wonderful. Now I'm going to look for one just like this for my toes and ankles.

I liked this! I had difficulty matching David's speed at times, but that was okay. We are each working with our own unique body.
Interesting stretches for someone with carpal tunnel. As long as it’s all done gently it seems to help.

Wow, that was amazing! Probably my favorite so far. My hands (thumbs/wrists) are one of my problem areas and they feel so much better after this Best part is, some of David's stretches can easily be done while sitting at my computer.

I have done this class before and didn't bookmark it . I have been having problems with my hands and wrists and when I found this class on my search today after I did the class I bookmarked it. I love David and his slow relaxed style of teaching. My hands and wrists feel relaxed and recharged, thank you!!
A great and quick practice that I could do at my desk at work. A perfect way to relieve some midday typing pains.

I found a lot of these moves to be surprisingly painful, not sure what that says about the condition of my hands. But I must say, by the end of the video they were feeling a lot better, and I could feel the chi flowing.

I suffer from carpal tunnel in both wrists and while I do have to be careful with some movements, I can say that this class, and David's carpal tunnel series, are amazingly helpful and truly do help to relieve pain. I have done this class many times. Thanks so much.
Perfect timing! My left hand and wrist had been a bit sore the last few mornings. I need to remember not to neglect them. This class will definitely be a frequent repeat.
