If you're having issues with the player:

If you work at a desk or with your hands in any capacity - such as a musician or carpenter - it's important to keep your hands and wrists limber to maintain optimal health. This class is great for improving flexibility, range of motion and blood flow in the hands and wrists. It's a good way to help prevent or work with arthritis and carpal tunnel syndrome and it's a fantastic way to remove the tension and stress from an area that is so often over-worked.

Equipment: None
Style: Gentle Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yoga at Work, Yoga for Seniors

I never thought about stretching my hands, but this was helpful.

Definitely going to keep this one in my tool bed. Even as I'm typing this I can feel the looseness and relaxation in my hands. This'll be a great one to come back to always. Time to go test out my new Barista hands. Thanks, David!

A good complement to Erica's Therapy for Hands and Wrists.

Thank you so much for this class! As a knitter / spinner / weaver / seamstress I wish I had discovered this years ago! I will come back to it often.

Good warm up for the hands and wrists, which we use a lot in yoga and often don’t pay attention to

As an LMT for over 20yrs and an avid aspiring yogini, my fingers, hands, wrists, elbows and shoulders HUUUURRT! This class really helped loosen everything up from chronic overuse. I will return to this often. Thank you!
