If you're having issues with the player:

If you work at a desk or with your hands in any capacity - such as a musician or carpenter - it's important to keep your hands and wrists limber to maintain optimal health. This class is great for improving flexibility, range of motion and blood flow in the hands and wrists. It's a good way to help prevent or work with arthritis and carpal tunnel syndrome and it's a fantastic way to remove the tension and stress from an area that is so often over-worked.

A great and quick practice that I could do at my desk at work. A perfect way to relieve some midday typing pains.

I have dupetreyns syndrome and this is likely excellent for that, thank you.

I found a lot of these moves to be surprisingly painful, not sure what that says about the condition of my hands. But I must say, by the end of the video they were feeling a lot better, and I could feel the chi flowing.

This felt so good! Our hands are so neglected. I was surprised how much tightness I found. Definitely need to do this one on a regular basis.
