Thank you so much for this. I have never done any yoga before but have had some lifestyle changes recently and gone from being incredibly fit and active to sitting behind a desk for 8+ hours a day.

This is exactly what I need to cut the stress and get me feeling fit again. Now just need to find a space the day every day.
