I made the time to try out this practice one evening. I tend to have difficulty calming my mind for Hatha practices, especially at home where everything seems to be a distraction. But Melissa helped me to find calm without effort and realize how important it is to take the time to do so. I have never felt better, this was an absolutely perfect evening practice for me. I have been looing for yoga videos in order to start bringing yoga into my life on a more frequent basis, I came across this site and this was the first class I have done. I actually was nervous when seeing the length, however it was relaxing yet, exhilarating for me and I didn't even notice the time go by. I loved the teacher, absolutely amazing with explaining how to do the positions, she sounded so soothing as well. I am looking forward to find more classes by her and other types of classes that are hopefully as relaxed and well explained.
