I loved this class. I just completed my teacher training and have a summer series scheduled for seniors in Northern Wi.

As a true beginner, I would love more direction from the teacher about "where" I should be feeling the stretch in different poses, to gauge whether or not I'm doing them right. 4/5 stars.
