I love Melissa's classes. I am at a beginner level but starting to do many of the poses with ease. I told myself i need to find a few more classes that have different and slightly more diffuclt poses. Then I found this class. I loved it! I started off with greater ease but noticed in the more difficult poses, I was challengened. If there are any more beginner level classes that add some greater difficulties, I'd be appreciative of being directed toward them, especially Melissa's class. Thank you for this great website and all you do to provide us with these great classes! The classes are giving me a difficult perspective in life, especially as I come out of some challenging life situations.
