Go With The Flow
This flowing, hatha yoga class takes a full-body approach and spends a lot of time on the hips, legs and spine. Melissa's pacing will help your mind settle and the lengthy savasana at the end will help you relax and absorb all of the benefits of this wonderful yoga class.

This yoga class challenged my body and cleansed my mind. It had such good flow it was over before I knew it, and I was so relaxed at the end I fell asleep during savasana. I bookmarked this class and will definitely be doing again!

I love this class. I have enjoyed all of Melissa's classes. I would love to see her participate in one of the retreats. I've always wanted to sign up for one but it seems like they are for a more advanced level. Melissa would be awesome to have at a beginner retreat! A combo of Melissa and David would be even better :)

The biggest challenge for me was the first few minutes of sitting idle and it was the most mentally rewarding too. Thank you for the extended savasana at the end.
