In this class, Rachel guides you through a fluid flow that integrates many of the fundamentals of yoga -- breathwork, core engagement, grounding, shoulder stability, alignment -- and leads you seamlessly towards the peak pose: dancer. This last class of the 7-day Fundamentals of Practice really brings everything together in a wonderful flow! I am transitioning to intermediate yoga, and this class taught me some new poses that I was a little intimidated to try, including crow pose, but after taking the entire challenge and with Rachel's clear instruction, I felt so much more confident about doing the pose and the faster flow classes in general. Really awesome!
