As a fellow yoga teacher, this was such a nice foundational practice. I appreciate the alignment cues and thoughtful space between the poses.

Thank you Rachel, I had totally forgotten my days of doing yoga after having birthed and raised 2 boys. The oldest is now 14 and it's time to look after myself again. I feel like I've rediscovered the body memory of the stretches and how good it feels! I was challenged by some of it but my interest is rekindled and hopefully I'll regain my strength and flexibility. With so much appreciation, Namaste.
