Fundamentals of Practice Day 7
In this class, Rachel guides you through a fluid flow that integrates many of the fundamentals of yoga -- breathwork, core engagement, grounding, shoulder stability, alignment -- and leads you seamlessly towards the peak pose: dancer. This practice can be done as a stand-alone or as the conclusion to Rachel's 7-Day Fundamentals of Practice Yoga Challenge.

Thank you Rachel, I had totally forgotten my days of doing yoga after having birthed and raised 2 boys. The oldest is now 14 and it's time to look after myself again. I feel like I've rediscovered the body memory of the stretches and how good it feels! I was challenged by some of it but my interest is rekindled and hopefully I'll regain my strength and flexibility. With so much appreciation, Namaste.
