Fundamentals of Practice Day 7
In this class, Rachel guides you through a fluid flow that integrates many of the fundamentals of yoga -- breathwork, core engagement, grounding, shoulder stability, alignment -- and leads you seamlessly towards the peak pose: dancer. This practice can be done as a stand-alone or as the conclusion to Rachel's 7-Day Fundamentals of Practice Yoga Challenge.

This was a wonderful way to start the new year. As an intermediate student, I found this helpful to remind me of the proper alignment of basic poses and how to balance my weight using the four corners of my hands and feet. Which practices do you recommend as a follow up to this series? Thanks!

No matter how far you are in your yoga practice it is always a good idea to slow down and return to the fundamental poses. I just completed all 7 days! It was great way to begin my December when everything else seems crazy. I was also much more sore than I anticipated, which I think shows the strength of the mind- body connection Rachel is able to teach. Great series for all!
