Rachel is so thorough and give such great detail when discussing setting up for a pose/having you learn what to do during practice. This is a wonderful practice for a beginner, a ytt student, or a yogi who wants to come back and go over what they already know but may have lost touch with. Love it!

This was perfect. I struggle with correct hand placement and wrist pain. I've needed this class for a long time. This class also has very good stretches. I will be repeating this one. Thanks Rachel for this!!
