In this class, Rachel guides you in setting up your foundation, teaching you how to place and activate your feet and hands to stabilize and support your yoga practice. This class can either be done as a stand-alone or as part of Rachel's 7-Day Fundamentals of Practice Yoga Challenge.

Rachel!!! My husband and I loved this practice!! As Intermediate III practitioners I feel it is essential to take a pause and revisit the essential fundamentals and refocus our intentions to better poses, breathing, feeling of our muscles. We are both in the fitness industry and sometimes we get complacent in our knowledge. Revisiting fundamentals is a perfect cure for that! This challenge will be key to advancing our improvement!
