I loved this class, thank you Rachel. I'll be coming back to it again and again. But I did have one query: please could you clarify what you mean by "soften your front ribs in" - I've tried various interpretations of this instruction and none of them feel quite right!

It's Amanda More, I set up a new account because I couldn't access my old one for some reason.

Anyway, this class is awesome! I've been living without wifi for about a month so I haven't been around. And so it was such a delight to discover this 7 Day Fundamentals Series by you to welcome me back into my practice. Your cues are so clear it's like I can create a sort of mirror in my mind's eye to correct my pose as you describe. I deeply appreciate your contribution to the yoga world, and I'm always telling my friends how you are my favorite instructor.

Brilliant Rachel. You have a knack of making the most elementary poses feel as though I'm practicing them for the first, not the 1000th time. i have long wanted a 'Rachel series' on DYWM and Christmas has most definitely come early. Roll on Day 2. Thank you. Rob
