This class really helped me to engage my hips and lower back properly in all of those forward fold type poses. I have anterior pelvic tilt and it was creeping into all of those poses, but your guidance with the feet and toe positions as well as where to put the weight during the pose really helped me tremendously! Feeling the change already.
