Fundamentals of Practice Day 1
In this class, Rachel guides you in setting up your foundation, teaching you how to place and activate your feet and hands to stabilize and support your yoga practice. This class can either be done as a stand-alone or as part of Rachel's 7-Day Fundamentals of Practice Yoga Challenge.

This class has given me the answer to all my questions? Why I am not able to do this or that. Very simply, I never had the right foundation. I need to repeat this many, many times because I recognize now what I have been missing all the years. Thanks Rachel, I am on the right track here!
To learn or reconnect with yoga, Rachel is the go-to teacher. Her directions are easy, and her analogies are spot-on. When I feel unsteady in a pose, I return to one of Rachel's class. She's helping this old, overweight lady who allowed the pandemic to overtake her soul return to centeredness.
Post 2nd CoVid vaccination I was feeling a bit off. Perfect time to revisit basics. Thank you!
