Lovely energy and I enjoyed the teacher and intention. I could only do about half of the poses due to wrist problem and tight quads. A few suggestions for adaptation would help. Not a beginner but out of shape and need to ease into some of these Beginner poses!

This is the first class I have taken having been told about DoYogaWithMe by a friend. As I am suffering from a stiff back, I liked that the pace was just right for me to listen to my body and move gently into the stretches without straining. Already feel easier in my back. Namaste
