I have done this class several times, a few months ago it was very challenging ( I still loved it), but now as my practice is deepening, this class is a moving meditation. After a long stressful week, when I don't have the strength to do too many chattarangas this "gentle"-vinyasa flow is so refreshing. Fiji is a gifted teacher and more classes from her would be a very appreciated gift. Thank you!

I'm a beginner and decided to give this one a go, and although there was one or 2 challenging poses, overall it was excellent. I'll definitely use this one again, and will work on the ones I'm finding difficult.
