Foundations in Flow
This complete practice starts by warming the body, and then progresses into a powerful flow, moving with the fluidity of your breath. The flow builds sequences from the earth up while building core strength. The class ends by cooling the body with deep relaxation.

I've been easing back in to yoga and have been doing this class 1-2 times a week for a few weeks now and every time I feel something new. Fiji is an amazing guide, she brings awareness to all the right things. Thank you Fiji for this class, I'll be trying more of yours soon.

Ever since I left my first comment here, I've been doing this session on and off (3-4 times a week on average) and today I finally got to be able to do a full-wheel pose! I am not a beginner in yoga but have not been very committed myself, but starting today I think I am going to enjoy any challenging pose, since I now know that someday it's also going to become possible anyway! : ) Warm greetings from Korea!
