Fiji, I am so glad that I found you. All of your classes leave my invigorated and flexible. It is the perfect combination of strength and stretch for me. This class was by far my favorite - and the most challenge that I have thus far attempted. As a beginner, your instructions are easy to follow without having to stare at the screen. I can actually relax! Thank you again for all of these amazing videos.

I really like all the little movements that prepared me for the challenging poses in this class. I also like the engaging movements within the poses. This is my third time practicing with this class and I feel, due to those little preparation movements, that I will be able to reach more heights within my practice and the poses as I keep enjoying this class again and again.

I just finished this class and I found it both challenging and relaxing. Thanks! I'm impressed by the quality of the classes here in general. I go to yoga once a week but I feel so much better when I manage do a bit at home every day - and Fiji definitly gives me extra motivation. What you do here is fantastic.
